Tricycle and Cruise Along Cart

How does one review such a unique item as was sent to us by Heritage Manufacturing, the builder of the best built tricycle I have ever seen? That was easy. Hop on and ride!!!
Picture if you will, just by tilting the handlebars forward, a six-foot, 200 pound young man sitting quite comfortably on a tricycle, fiercely peddling his way down the driveway, knees all askew. Now, picture if you will, his brother telling him to ‘get off now’ because it is his turn. Then, if you care to picture this slightly overweight father asking for his turn, and noticing that his 235 pound frame was not phasing the frame of this tricycle in the slightest, you’ll have an idea of the sturdiness of this little unit.
Our Trike , a steel tubular frame blue beauty, came with a blue cart that hitches to the back of the tricycle. The tricycle was completely assembled and just needed to have the handlebars adjusted. The cart did require assembly but was easily done in about 15 minutes, requiring only the usual tools for such jobs. The pneumatic balloon tires held up superbly under our weight. A comfortable cushion spring seat and flexible rubber handgrips complemented the trike, as did non-skid pads at the back crossframe.
The rigid steel cart frame allowed for great strength and handled a lot of weight. The body of the Cruise Along cart is made of high-impact, weather and dent resistant, polyethylene, making it able to withstand considerable abuse.
Quite truthfully, I didn’t know anyone still made things this well built. Your great-grandchildren can look at this many years down the road and say, “Is this the tricycle you gave to Grandpa for Christmas back in two-thousand five?!?” And you can answer them, “Yep! That’s the tricycle we bought from ol’ Joe over at Heritage Manufacturing. Best money we ever spent on a toy.”
This Christmas treat your youngun’s to the best built tricycle they’ll ever own. This is one toy that will last long after Christmas morning. A ten star buy! Just tell Joe, “Frank sent me!”
