Our website is meant to be a warm, friendly place for homeschoolers to gather, learn, and enjoy one another's company. For that reason, we have kept our Terms of Service to a minimum. However, it is necessary to have some regulations as to the use of this site. Following is our official Terms of Service document.
1. General Conditions:
1.1: Description of the Service
The Home School Enrichment website (http://HomeSchoolEnrichment.com), also referred to as Home School Enrichment Online, provides tools,
resources, information, and other services to homeschool families with a distinctly Christian focus. These services are provided on an
AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. We pledge to make every effort to maintain a smoothly-operating and reliable website, but make no guarantee
as to how well the services we offer will meet your needs.
1.2: Membership Registrations
You must be over the age of 13 to become a registered member of Home School Enrichment Online. When registering, you will be asked to
provide some information such as your name and age. All information you provide during the registration process must be accurate and true.
If you do not provide accurate information, you may not register for membership. For security reasons, you may not share your membership
username or password with others outside your immediate family. By using the Home School Enrichment website, you agree to abide by the
conditions set forth in this Terms of Service document and our Privacy Policy (http://HomeSchoolEnrichment.com/privacy.html). If you do not
agree, you do not have permission to use our website.
1.3: Proper Use
You may not use any service provided on this website for any purpose that involves sending, viewing, or the making available of violent,
pornographic, or hateful content, any content that contains viruses, trojans, or anything that would generally be considered unbiblical,
immodest, or inappropriate for a Christian, family-oriented website. You may not use any service provided here in any way that infringes
on the rights, privacy or privileges of others, or that is likely to cause harm or annoyance to other people or their property. This provision
is meant as a basic guideline, and we reserve the right to revoke services, without notice or explanation, from any user of our website who,
in our sole opinion, has violated this condition.
You may not use any service provided on this website to promote multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or franchised businesses, or to promote your own business. You may mention your own business when interacting with other members (such as in our online forums) provided that the information you share is relevant, not strictly promotional (that is, it must be informational instead of simply a sales letter), and adds value to the discussion without the other participant(s) needing to make a purchase. Forum posts, personal profiles and other content found in violation of this condition may be edited and/or deleted without notice.

1.5: Cancellation of Service
Registered members may cancel their membership at any time by sending an e-mail to cancel@HomeSchoolEnrichment.com,
stating their reason for wishing to cancel. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or revoke, without notice or explanation, the
membership of any member who, in our sole opinion, has violated the conditions set forth in this Terms of Service document. We may cancel,
suspend or revoke any membership that has not been active for a period of 30 days or more.
2.0: Feature-Specific Conditions
2.1: Forums
Members of this website are permitted to make posts in online forums. You may not post messages for the purpose of selling a product or
service. You may not include links to other websites in forum signatures. You may post links to other websites as long as they form a
relevant part of the discussion, and as long as the websites being linked to meet the same guidelines set forth in Section 1.3 above. We
regularly monitor all forum posts, and reserve the right to edit, change or delete, without notice or explanation, any post which, in our
sole opinion is unsuitable for this website.
2.2: Personal Profile
When you join Home School Enrichment Online as a registered member, you are given a Member Profile. It is possible to divulge personal
information in your profile that will then be visible to other visitors to our website. As stated in Section 3.0 below, you are responsible
for how you choose to share your personal information. You may not use your profile to link to other websites without written permission
from Home School Enrichment, Inc. Your profile is divided into your Private Profile, and your Public Profile. Only you can access your
private profile. To see your public profile, which does not contain any sensitive information, go to

3.0: Personal Information
Home School Enrichment Online offers opportunities for interaction between members. All registered members consent to have their first and last name displayed in various places around our website. This is considered safe practice since your name is not connected with any other personally-identifiable information. Under some circumstances, members may choose to divulge personal information to other visitors. It is always your choice whether or not to share personal information. If you do share personal information, you agree to accept full responsibility for how that information is used by others. No member may post or make available the personal information of other people without their express permission to do so. You may not use the personal information of other members or visitors for any purpose except that which is clearly the intention of the member who made the information available. Home School Enrichment, Inc. takes every precaution possible to prevent misuse of personal information, but ultimately we cannot predict how users may divulge their personal information. Therefore, we will not be held responsible or liable in the unlikely event that any harmful or undesirable consequences arise from members sharing personal information with one another.
4.0: Ammendments
In the event that this Terms of Service document is ammended or changed, all changes will become immediately effective and binding. Please refer to this document from time to time to keep informed about the current Terms of Service conditions.
